About Us
Mabuhay Foundation International (also known as Mabuhay International USA), headquartered in Sacramento, California, is a globally engaged 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing the health, wellbeing, and dignity of Filipinos worldwide.
Every two years, our multidisciplinary team of volunteers travel to the Philippines to deliver essential care to underserved children and families. Since our founding in 1995, our mission has expanded to encompass a broad range of services—including medical and dental treatment, food distribution, vision care, and other vital relief efforts.
Driven by compassion, Mabuhay Foundation International brings together dedicated volunteers to create lasting, positive change for those in need. Together, we strive to empower Filipino communities with the resources and support needed to live healthy and fulfilling lives.

Services Provided
Medical/Dental Services
Including pediatrics, adult medicine, women’s health, pharmacy services, dental services,
dengue prevention, and diabetic care.
Food Pantry
Distribution of food baskets to needy families.
Vision Care
Includes prescreening optometry exams and prescription eyeglasses to grade school students, and distribution of adult reading glasses .
